THE SUPERPLAN
Dispatching today is a race against time.
Every load board shows more freight than any dispatcher can process — and winning comes down to speed.
The challenge is finding the right loads fast enough to stay competitive, keep trucks moving, and make every mile profitable.
We’re building SUPERLOAD to solve that.
Not to replace dispatchers —
but to make them unbeatably fast.
Our mission is to give dispatchers the edge to move quicker, decide smarter, and earn more from the hours they already work.
This won’t happen overnight — it takes a clear roadmap.
A step-by-step plan that starts with the basics, grows with real users, and ultimately transforms what dispatchers can achieve.
This is that plan.
DONE Phase 1: Build the Core Tools.
We began by analyzing how dispatchers work on DAT, Truckstop, and other boards and saw how much time is wasted on unnecessary clicks, manual checks, and constant switching. Tools like LoadHunter and LoadConnect try to address this, but many of the features they charge for—routing, RPM calculations, basic utilities — are already free. Their premium add-ons often solve one problem only to create others.
More importantly, their model is fragile: they rely entirely on UI overlays of platforms they don’t control. A single DAT or Truckstop update can break the product overnight, leaving no stable path forward.
The first version of SUPERLOAD is also built on top of DAT and Truckstop — but unlike others, we treat this as a temporary bridge. The goal is to put speed in dispatcher’s hands now, build a real community, gather operational feedback, and use it to shape the standalone SUPERLOAD platform.
We built a lightweight extension—faster, reliable, free—and tested it with our in-house team and partners. The result is a proven foundation built for real work and ready for what comes next.
IN PROGRESS Phase 2: Go to Market & Validate with the Community
With a proven core, Phase 2 is about putting SUPERLOAD into the hands of real dispatchers at scale.
The goal is simple: go to market, gather unfiltered feedback, and validate both the product and the long-term vision directly with the people who use it every day.
We are releasing SUPERLOAD publicly and opening the door for dispatchers nationwide to join the community. Their input will drive priorities, shape features, and confirm what truly delivers day-to-day value. No assumptions. No fluff. Real operations define the roadmap.
This phase focuses on:
- Expanding adoption
- Learning from diverse workflows
- Identifying high-impact pain points
- Rapidly iterating based on feedback
We are not building in isolation. We are building with the community.
Phase 2 ensures that SUPERLOAD evolves beyond a fast extension and becomes a platform rooted in real dispatcher needs — validated by the market and guided by those who rely on it to move freight every day.
TO COME Phase 3: Build the Platform & Automate the Workflow
With a community-validated foundation, Phase 3 focuses on transforming SUPERLOAD from a fast extension into a full operational platform — built specifically for dispatchers.
In this phase, we expand beyond UI tooling to integrate the entire workflow around load sourcing, decision-making, and execution. The objective is to remove repetitive work, surface the best opportunities automatically, and help each dispatcher achieve far greater output — without adding complexity.
Key pillars include:
- Launch the standalone SUPERLOAD platform
A stable, independent environment designed for speed, collaboration, and scale — no longer reliant on third-party UI layers. - Automation & AI Assistants
Intelligent tools that handle routine tasks:- Monitoring load sources
- Scoring opportunities
- Highlighting profitable matches
- Recommending optimal routes
- Managing busywork
- Deep workflow integration
Connecting scouting → booking → execution → analytics into one coherent flow, reducing fragmentation and context switching. - Community-driven evolution
As with Phase 2, development continues to follow real operational feedback.
This is how we ensure SUPERLOAD grows in the direction that delivers the most value.NOTE: Phase 3 represents how we currently envision the future.
Priorities may shift based on market needs and community input.
If the community aligns with this direction, it strengthens and validates the vision — and if not, we will adapt.
The community remains the compass; we remain the builders.
Ultimately, Phase 3 is where SUPERLOAD becomes more than a tool — it becomes the operating system for modern dispatching.
Today, you can enjoy everything on SUPERLOAD for free.
As we move into Phase 2, we will introduce premium tiers for advanced workflows and team features. But the core tools will always remain free — that will never change.

If you’d like to support future development, you can also contribute to the project.
Every donation goes directly into building new features for the dispatcher community.

We’ve been building in LOG-TECH for over 15 years.
Our background spans every corner of logistics technology — from creating global freight marketplaces, to developing blockchain-powered payment and contract platforms, to running large-scale dispatch operations in the U.S. market.
We’ve worked on products that connected thousands of carriers and shippers, tools that automated payments and reduced delays, and dispatch services that managed fleets across multiple states.
